“The staff is great! So they called me on Christmas Eve informing me that my new phone had arrived in the store. Due to holiday business I was unable to make it to the store until late that evening ( roughly half an hour before they closed). Immediately I was assisted with cheerfulness. Due to a hefty phone storage the process to switch phones took quite a while. They stayed an extra 2 hours after the store closed to help me out! Will and Tiffany were extremely helpful and I was so impressed they were happy to help me so late on Christmas Eve. I thank them again for their professionalism and generosity! Great store!”

Unfortunately, my phone was found to be defective after two weeks. Kyle then when above and beyond to help get my phone replaced at no cost to me. It was sent to me and he even helped transfer everything. All of this just to make a customer like me happy.
