I find Dr. Friel and his staff to be personal and professional in a relaxed manner. Something to treasure in today's face-less, fast paced, detached society. I enjoy his candidness and I appreciate his genuine care and concern for me as a person as well as my pets! His new associate is super and she shares his philosophy, it is nice to be recognized by name and remembered from visit to visit. Dr. Friels practice is steeped in a tradition that I truly appreciate.
I have been going to Doctor friel for many years he is excellent takes the time and knows what he is doing.I like the way he interacts and makes little jokes,he makes me feel welcome and relaxed.The staff is great.There is some others out there that when you have a problem they don't want to be bothered,but when i call for something he calls right back and makes me feel better about whatever the situation is.I highly recommend him.
