  The service department quickly determined what the problem was and made the repair. Tammy and Nicole are always very courteous and willing to get someone to take me to/from work right down the street. Thank you for taking care of my truck "Bertha"!

  After my 2015 silverado was totalled, I was a little anxious about having to get a new truck but JJ at Tom Hesser took all the stress out of buying my new silverado and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for!. Highly recommend these guys.

  I like dealing with Nicole she takes great care of me and gets my car in quickly so I don't have to wait very long. I am very satisfied. Its nice to know that if i show up early my car goes right in and I get fast and wonderful service. Thank you

  I called Tom Hesser Chevy (where I had purchased the car) because I kept losing air from my driver side rear tire. For the past 2 weeks I needed to stop every two days to replace the air in the tire. I was told that an appointment was not necessary and I could just bring my car down to the dealership any time and they would take care of it. A few days later I called to tell them that I was on the way down. They took the car into their shop and I sat in their reception area reading my e-mail. It took about 30 or 40 minutes and the car was ready to go. Since the repair was completed I've had no further problems with the tire. Thank you.

  Bryan Holley was a great salesman to deal with. I told him what I was looking for, he told me what he had there. He wasn't pushy and trying to sell me something I didn't want. He did offer suggestions on different colors of what they had in stock (which I am very happy he did because after I saw the color I originally wanted, I didn't like it). All around great place to buy a vehicle. I will definitely go there again the next time I look.
