  We take our daughter and dogs hiking hair all the time. Aside from how trashy the water is this place is a beautiful place to hike.

  A very nice place to walk. There's a couple of different trails once you get in. There's a place to play frisbee golf. It's dog friendly, just remember leash laws and be sure to clean up the poop. There's a plastic bag thing at the trailhead, you can put plastic shopping bags in for folks who might forget to bring some.

  A beautiful gem of a park. You can hardly tell that you're just a few miles from Lancaster city. There is a wide array of ecosystems packed into a small area. Best park in the Lancaster city area.

  Beautiful, serene park dedicated to passive recreation mainly through hiking and cycling on the network of trails that pass through it. Collectively known as the Farmingdale Trail, these multi-use paths start at Good Drive and now continue through to the shopping and apartment complex off Harrisburg Pike and Long's Park. There is also a dog park at the South end.
