I was able to go to their shop s d they crash wrapped my back windshield to keep the elements out. Next day it was finished! Only took about 45 minutes.”

The Lancaster CrossFit family welcomed me with open arms, they never judged me for what I wasn't able to do, instead they encouraged me to push my self and do things that I never thought possible.When I first started in August of 2016 I would have never imagine jumping up on a 20 inch box and now I can with the encouragement of Tim and the coaches I am doing things that I never thought I would do. “I have been going to JMS for several years. Joe is always highly knowledgeable and does excellent work. He explains the issue and how he is going to fix it in terms that are easily understandable. Recently we encountered an issue with my car where the manufacturer charged an exorbitant amount for a part. Joe told me he could make the part himself for about 1/4 of the cost and it would take 2 days. It took him less than 1 day and the part seems just as good, or better, than the manufacturers part. JMS gets my highest recommendation!”
