  Bought our washer and dryer here. Their selection was great. The sales team was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I was able to find a washer and dryer set that would fit through my narrow doorway for a great price. The delivery team was excellent. Sisco and Jose Luis from delivery crew 1 were upbeat, helpful, and professional. They had the knowledge to properly install my washer and dryer quickly.

  We learned about K&A when my mom needed a new washer, and we have just returned for a new stove for our home! We worked with Corey during our time at the warehouse, he was very knowledgeable and really listened to the things we had to have for our new appliance. He showed us a few models and explained the differences between them so we could make the best choice. I waited until we had our stove delivered to write this review so i could speak for the whole process! It was so painless. We were called 3 days before our delivery date and given a window for delivery time. On the day of delivery the gentlemen who were bringing my stove called me about 20 minutes before they arrived so I had a better estimate of when they would show up, which I really appreciated! When John and Daniel arrived they were very respectful of my home, I had behind my old stove cleaned already but they did let me know they would have given me time to clean it before the new one was put in. After the stove was installed (which took maybe 20-30 minutes between taking the old one out and fully installing the new one) the guys explained and showed me a few features of my new appliance and let me know about my warranty. They spoke very highly of the company they work for when they explained they also service products for their customers if any problems arise with my new stove. I would happily buy from K&A again, I will actually be looking to go there for a new dishwasher in the next few months! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new appliance!
  
  and I just have to say this, if anyone is nervous about the "scratch and dent" part, don't be! my new oven is GORGEOUS! there is a small imperfection at the bottom of the oven drawer but you can barely see it! I saved a good chunk of money because of that small dent!

  Mark was awesome. He helped us out with what we needed and my wife and I picked out our favorite washer and dryer. He stayed with us until the whole process was done. When our appliances were delivered John and Robinson were amazing. They were careful and super friendly. They installed our appliances quickly and stayed to make sure they were running good and there were no issues. John explained everything to me and if I have any issues or questions to call then right away.

  We went in looking for a dryer. Mark asked us a few questions to see what we were interested in and then quickly pointed out what they had. Their selection was quite large..we definitely had quite a few options to pick from. Mark was able to get us a good deal and we left that day very happy with the service and we purchased our dryer! Delivery was 3 days later and I loved how they called us 2 days in advance to give us a time frame. The day of delivery they called us within 10 minutes of being at our house. John and Robinson were efficient and really good at delivering our new dryer. It was installed and the old dryer was taken away for us. Great service all around..will definitely be back if we need another appliance! Thank you!

  Our old washer was giving us issues. Went up the street to K&A picked out a new washer. Quick, easy, great employees. They had the washer to our place with in two days. The guys who delivered were great. Took the old washer and set the new one up. Love my new washer! Will definitely keep K&A in mind for other appliances. Hopefully another freezer to store our beef in!
