“My husband and I travelled from central NJ to 135 Independence Ct, Lancaster, PA for the first time on Monday, April 29th, 2019 not knowing what to expect in person. The showroom staff exceeded my expectations. The gals were FABULOUS. In addition to being new to the store, I came with mobility issues and old age. I physically had a tough time getting around. I had a tough time also figuring out where items were I wanted to consider.. Staff did not disappoint! It becomes obvious to me to ask the staff to bring items to ME as I waited seated in a metal chair a staff member brought to me to use. Can not wait till my husband and I return to 135 Lancaster Court.”

“Mark was awesome. He helped us out with what we needed and my wife and I picked out our favorite washer and dryer. He stayed with us until the whole process was done. When our appliances were delivered John and Robinson were amazing. They were careful and super friendly. They installed our appliances quickly and stayed to make sure they were running good and there were no issues. John explained everything to me and if I have any issues or questions to call then right away.”
