“My husband and I had to pay $35 each for our application and where denied because of our credit. I specifically asked the lady I spoke with about credit issues and she said they wouldn’t base it on our score so a few days go by and we are waiting for a response and it was like I had to keep contacting them to get any sort of answer. It was very frustrating not knowing anything. I understand it takes a few days for them to do the research but, for the amount they charge for the application I wish I didn’t have to hunt them down. Besides that, Once I did get ahold of someone for answers they where nice about the denial I just wish they would have contacted us directly with answers.”
