“We enjoyed our stay. Rooms where clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent. Gym was small but adequate. They have a Indoor pool which I didn't use. I couldn't hear the neighboring rooms but I did hear the footsteps from the room above. This hotel is perfect if you're interested in shopping at the outlets but close enough drive to the Amish stores. They were renovating the hotel during my stay which I didn't mine. I appreciated that the staff member told me that there might be noise due to the renovation before I actually paid for my room. I was placed in one of the renovated rooms and was pleased with the upgraded room.”

“My room was comfortable, and my dog liked it too. This motel is also near a very nice park — I think it was about 2-3 miles away and had great paths for dogs and their owners. While I easily stop short of saying that “this is the best motel experience I’vr ever had” — nonetheless it was a pleasent experience.”

“We met just about everyone including the sheep. The hosts will do everything possible to make your stay everything it can be. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. These folks have mastered the art of hospitality. The food was fantastic. There are stairs. The place is old. Just like pictures. Its one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at and its run by some of the nicest folks we have ever met. I just wish it wasn't so far from home. We might move in. I would have given this place 6 stars but come to think of it there was one rude sheep, I think? That was a joke, just like the 2 negative reviews.”

“My husband and I stayed at the Stumptown Manor Bed & Breakfast a couple of weeks ago. It was our first B&B in Lancaster and we loved it. God has gifted Sharon with the gift of hospitality and it was evident in how welcomed we were made to feel. The accommodations were wonderful as well as the food. My husband took ill during our stay, and Sharon was kind enough to give me essential oils for him to use. Within the hour, he felt good enough to go out. I highly recommend this B&B, and I look forward to visiting again.”

“We had a great weekend here. Room 3 was perfect for us it had a large living room that worked well since my wife goes to bed before me. Bathroom was very clean, room clean. Very quiet in this old mansion too. Breakfast was great the bar had bagels, muffins, danish, fruit, sticky buns cereals oatmeal and granola so plenty on that for us and they made one morning waffles with ham and the other eggs any way we wanted with bacon and biscuits. Overall it was a fantastic relaxing stay, just what we needed. Will go back again for sure.”

“I love the steamboat shaped hotel. There was a small dish pond outside. The Huckleberry bar was fun. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant but had to wait you have to make reservations. There was a organ/piano singer there. The food was great.”

“The room is very clean and the staff could not be more friendly. The room had been freshly painted and the beds and bedding were in excellent shape. Pillows are very comfortable. A microwave and refrigerator were in my room as well as a hair dryer and newer Flat Screen TV. Please keep in mind this is a motel so don't expect a gym, sauna, hot tub, and 24 hour room service. For the money spent, it is well worth it. I look forward to another return and will stay here when I am in the area.”

“Raj and his wife are the nicest people you'll ever meet. Twice a year I get to Lancaster area and always stay at the Eastbrook Inn. Was there this past weekend. I consider it my home away from home. Rooms are very clean, good variety for breakfast, staff very accommodating, and the inn is close to all attractions. Would highly recommend Eastbrook Inn to everyone.”

“This is a good example of a small family-run economy hotel. It is clean to a fault, and the two owners go out of the way to make you feel welcome. I'm on the first name basis with them, and going here for over 5 years. So this is the place where I stopped at every time I'm in the Lancaster area. You know I can go anywhere I want but they make me feel welcome and everything works so this is where I go I highly recommend it as long as you don't want a big fancy hotel room. There's our fair size but not real fancy. But they are clean and everything works. I've been able to park my truck and trailer every time with no problem.”
