  My family would like to thank everyone at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, especially Chip, Norm and Gene. We used their services for my brother and father. The staff was respectful of our wishes and extremely caring in a very difficult time. The services here in Lancaster were beautiful as was the service they provided for burial in New York. No detail was overlooked and they did their best around an extended time schedule so we could have family present in two states. They even emailed a picture of the stone once it was finished in New York. We can't thank you enough.

  I used Snyder Funeral Home for burial and funeral arrangements recently when my mother passed away. Never having been through the process before, I’m so grateful that Chad Snyder and the staff there helped me every step of the way, and always with kindness, compassion, and support at a time when I needed it most. Everything was handled perfectly—through it all, I was comfortable with them and felt like I was in good hands.

  On behalf of my family, I wanted to take a moment to thank the entire staff of the Charles F Snyder Funeral Home for helping my family and me through a difficult time. I first contacted the Snyder Funeral Home years ago for pre-need planning for my parents. At that time, the service they provided was invaluable in helping to provide the planning for future needs. Nonetheless, I doubt that anyone can ever be fully prepared for the loss of loved one. The stress of a funeral and the final preparations can become overwhelming and almost unbearable at times. Tabitha and Sarita met with my father, my brothers and me and walked us through the process. Their, as well as the rest of the staffs, willingness to make themselves available, their expertise and assistance in the planning and their patience with my grieving family was appreciated more they will ever know. Seeing the level of service, respect, and compassion that the Snyder Funeral Home provided, I am very pleased that we entrusted these arrangements to them.

  My husband and I have went to Charles Snyder funeral home on 2 occasion when we lost 2 precious babies. We worked with Candice Riley. She was the director over our little ones while they were in her care. She listened to everything we wanted and definitely delivered. She was also very compassionate and caring during this sensitive time in our lives, which meant the world to us. I felt our babies were in the best care with Charles Snyder.

  Candice made the transfer process very simple and responded to the call very quickly and efficient. She also comforted our family and answered a lot of questions she is very knowledgeable and friendly. Mark organized the services and made it easy for our family given the circumstances and arranged a beautiful service for our family. We can not thank them enough everyone there was very professional and caring.
