You can also sample their peanut, almond or honey roasted peanut butters, apple cider and salsa. Kauffman's stocks an extensive supply of cooking flours, spices, mixes, and bulk items perfect for holiday cooking. Hard to find flavorings and extracts are everday items at Kauffman's. Always helpful and friendly, we visit this store every time we are in the area.”

“I think it's overpriced, but it was a cute little tour. The actual buggy ride was pretty short. Maybe 10 mins each way? Touring the farm was cute. Our tour guide was the farm's owner. His pride really shone through in his presentation. I don't think I would do it again, though. Not enough bang for the buck.”

“Today's buggy ride was perfect, As we drove up John was waiting with the perfect carriage, with the stairs and the hand rails for my 96 year old mother (Florence) to slowly step aboard. Of course John was very accommodating with assisting her and guiding her " put your hand here works better. John our driver was very informative on sharing Amish orchards and farming practices. He pointed out a neighbor hooking up his Mule team to begin plowing. John had questions flying from customers as far as Norway and here we thought we were far away coming from Michigan. ". I was listening so intently I forgot the horses names. They were a team, that when called upon trotted without hesitation. “I stayed in the grand king room and it was beautiful. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room we were checked into was perfect except the tub wouldn’t drain. We called the front desk and they quickly came to look at it, they were unable to get it to drain immediately so they put us in a new room and gave us a complementary bottle of wine. The complimentary breakfast was superb. Was wonderful and would definitely stay again.”

“We found all management to be pleasant and honest and they provide some of the best quality products I know of in Lancaster, and some values too. I got a stove/installed and had a new bed put in my dump trailer once. They also carry a $500 wildlife cameras with life warranty, food plot stuff, stove supplies, some grilling deluxe stuff, too.”

“Enjoyed our stay over the weekend! All of the staff was extremely helpful and very kind. Check in and out was no issues and rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. Loved the area outside of the bathroom for others to do makeup and hair while someone else was in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and fresh. We stayed from Friday through Monday and would definitely stay again. Just minutes away from Sight and Sound Theater and only 45 minutes away from Hershey Park. Great location and beautiful area!”

“Arrived at 4:45 and we were seating promptly before going to Sight and Sound. Staff was courteous and spot on. Our server Kylie was awesome. She had the the perfect disposition to match the atmosphere. Historic landmark with amazing food. (Try the "triangle" mozzarella. OMG!) Our meals were delicious. I highly recommend this place. Its a non- tourist trap. Drinks and meals were reasonably priced. They have upscale dining with a fireplace and a great bar. I will definitely visit Revere Tavern again.”

“Fisher's is fantastic handcrafted furniture maker. The owner Levi Fisher works closely with customers to meet their specific needs. We purchased the Dover bedroom set from Fisher's last fall and are extremely satisfied. Lee helped to design a media cabinet which is beautiful. The price of each piece is considerably cheaper than similar craftmenship in furniture stores in this area. We have just ordered a new server and customized it with shelving.”

“If you don't like bugs, stick to the exterior or the front counter! If you are looking for a unique gift, whether it's a bug in acrylic or an ornament or home decor piece, do pop into this shop. What impressed me the most was that the owner recommended a smaller (read: cheaper) item for ease of shipping once he learned our purchase was a gift. It requires a step up into the store so it is not wheelchair-accessible, however, I don't doubt they'd help to assist you.”
