  Christine was very diligent to make sure our property was leased in the most efficient way possible. She help with the term negotiations and writing the lease. I would recommend them if you are looking to sell or lease your commercial property.

  I had a nice business property in a less than desirable location which made for a difficult sell. The Sable people were extremely helpful and worked very diligently over a three plus year period showing the property numerous times and it was well advertised. The property was assessed by the Lancaster tax authority at $277000 and we tried hard to sell it at somewhere in that range which resulted in a difficult number of years. We did eventually sell it at a satisfactory price.
  We would very highly rate this realty business at the highest level possible something of the order of 5 star if there is such a rating. These people care about their clients and go to the limit to "get er done" and we could not rate them anywhere but the best. We would add that the Sable group discovered some legal matters that needed to be addressed that were not known by me previously and that needed a lawyers attention and the Sable Group suggested a way though that difficulty as well. They provided a complete, thorough service that we would highly recommend to anyone selling commercial property

  The United Way of Lancaster County hired Christine Sable in 2018 to sell a large building which was owned by a Foundation, with United Way being one of four owners. We had been in the building for decades and decided it was time to move. Christine was extremely professional, transparent and kept our needs up front at all times. She marketed the property extremely well, was very responsive, and in the end, SOLD our building.
