  Faulkner BMW is a superb dealership. The manager is very friendly and Devin and Tanner were very professional and knowledgeable in helping me purchase my first Bavarian car. I highly recommended this family-oriented staff and I look forward to driving my new M2.
  
  Update as of 1/17/20:
  Subsequent to purchase I noticed a recurring Emissions Warning Light on my dashboard. I took it to a BMW dealer closer to home in NJ but they were unable to fix it. I went back to Faulkner where Devin, Caitlin, and Tanner were able to identify and successfully fix the problem. My car required replacement of spark plugs and coils, and now the car is riding like new. Thanks for fixing the problem. I will certainly return for any future service.

  Faulkner BMW did a great job setting me up with a finance company for my new BMW. Very easy process. After getting service to fix a minor engine problem, the car is doing fantastic.

  The easiest car purchasing experience I've ever had. I traveled from a Philly suburb to make this deal happen and the entire team was A+. Greg, Paul, Tommie, and Taylor; The service from each one of you in this process was fantastic! Keep up the great work! I will make sure to let all my friends know that if they are in the market for a BMW and wanted to get treated right, then this is the dealership they must go to!

  Our experience with Faulkner. BMW as we sought to purchase a new car was superb beginning with the phone call to initiate the process. Each step of the way we were treated with respect and our needs were listened to and addressed. Each member of the team was friendly, and knowledgeable and handled their part of the process with expertise. We are delighted with our purchase and thankful for the stress free transition. We would highly recommend the Faulkner BMW team to anyone looking to purchase a car.

  I had 5 star experience with Faulkner BMW. They show lot of patience and explains every bit of the process (technical, finance, documentation etc).
  
  Robert from sales and Vivek from finance are very experienced and customer satisfaction is the utmost priority for them.
  
  I went home with my dream BMW after spending couple of hours in showroom. I highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for best experience to go along with your dream machine.
