“I have worked at this gym, And Went here for 4 years. I have never seen a gym have such good customer retention. Rick who is the owner is Absolutely the best. Management is on point. People spend sometimes up to 4 hours here, Which in The gym business is unheard of. They could bump up their membership prices , And I would still go!!! And for the post Down Below slamming the kid Zone, Obviously haven't been to too many gyms. I have been to every big and small name brand gyms and the last 14 years. Me my wife have 3 beautiful children who absolutely beg to go to the kids club Because of the great staff and kid area there. Universal athletic club kid zone is the best I have ever heard of or been to myself.”

“This place is Fantatstic. After I got pinched by another place at the last second Dana assured me on the spot they'd be able to take my son she was fantastic through the whole process. The director was very friendly aslo and a huge help with things. When I dropped him today (being his first day) he had a melt down and didn't want me to go. To my surprise not only did I get updated about him in my email I also got a picture of him playing. Everyone here is pleasant and genuinely friendly would recommend to anyone.”
