  Purchased our new RV from here. Our salesman Jared was outstanding and took time to show us every model we were interested in. He was able to answer every question we had. They even took the time to set up everything on our truck and did a very thorough walk through with us. Thanks to all the Gayle Kline employee's for a great purchase !

  We own a 2017 Thor Hurricane 29M, which we bought from a dealer in NJ, and we pretty much got stuck with a lemon. Lots of electrical and plumbing defects and a number of other issues. In the first two years we had the coach, it was back to that dealer and one other a total of 14 times. We recently moved to York PA, and decided to try one more time to get issues resolved that had been "fixed" several times but never worked. We brought it to Gayle Kline RV and got it back with all issues resolved, for the first time. It's great to find a dealer who has a competent service department. Icing on the cake was the excellent customer service. Tom, the service writer, listened carefully and was pleasant and polite. Our appointment was honored and repairs were finished when promised. Our Hurricane has finally found a home!

  Jared is the absolute best! He found us the perfect camper, took time to explain all the options and answered all our questions. He is knowledgeable, professional and a really nice guy. We will definitely come back to see him for our next purchase!
