I've never had a better experience with an installation before. From start to finish this install was perfect. Tim and Kyle cleaned as they went along and worked so smoothly together. West Shore Home even sent Lacey with baked goods to my home during installation. What a treat! Then Evan returned at the end of installation to make sure we were satisfied. They allowed me to use the machine that helps to decide what type of mattress is best suited for your body. Then allowed me to test and retest different mattresses that were in my results until I selected the best one for me. I am a professional athlete and sleep is a huge part of being able to perform my best. Since getting my new mattress my sleep quality has improved significantly and my back pain has gone away.
