The customer services lady (Kim) set up an appointment right away for us and sent a technician/specialist (Glen) who was able to come after 6pm on a Friday. The price for the service was fair and the furnace is working again!!! Thank you for the good services.”

“I picked up a small order of lumber and drywall on Saturday. I had put the order in ahead of time, picked up my screws and bits, went to the counter to pay, and was ready to head out to the yard in less than 10 minutes. The yard guys had already pulled and carefully banded together my order (special care had been given to the drywall), and I only had to wait 5-10 minutes for a forklift to bring it around. They’re pretty busy on Saturdays, but the yard guy was extra helpful. He even helped me hand load my truck since I didn’t think to bring a trailer. Overall, very happy with the service and quality of the materials.”
