“I bought my bike from NCHD in July of 2020, and the process was painless and I felt taken care of. In the fall of 2021, I had them install a new cam. A few weeks ago, the engine started making a noise. I called them when I got back from vacation to see if they could get me in because I was leaving for a trip 11 days later. They were booked for 9 days, but they said if I dropped it off they would get it in if they had time. 5 days later, two of which they were closed, I called to check in and they had good news. Not only had they identified the issue, but they had the parts in stock to repair it. The next day, the day of writing this, the bike was ready. I can't say enough about their commitment to getting people back on the road quick and their professionalism from start to finish. A customer for life.”

“A++++++ We truly were blessed to have Stanley's Appliance Service reply to our voicemail message and arrive on the same day we inquired about servicing a 17 cubic foot deep freezer that stopped working that morning. Several other service providers we called were unable to send help for weeks; they were not willing to consider that the freezer full of food would spoil without some kind of intervention. Stanley called at the end of the day and said he would come to our home immediately. When he was unable to service the 50 year old freezer, he showed real concern about our plight and offered his truck and assistance to drive across town to pick up a new freezer that evening so our frozen items would not be lost. Not only did he offer us a service, he offered us his true concern for our plight and helped us out in a time of need. He is an amazing person and gave us hope that people still care about each other.”
