“This is the best gym I have ever signed up for! I signed up back in May, and Tyler made it very easy and quick. Then after 3 months of not seeing results I wanted to I decided to sign up for their personal training program back in August. I went through their evaluation and then was paired up with Hunter. At first I was a bit skeptical and didn’t know what to expect. But three months later here I am saying they know what they are doing! I am seeing changes and muscle growth I always had trouble getting on my own, like my shoulders and chest. Before I struggle to bench 195 for one rep, and recently I hit 210 for 4 and it was rather easy! Hunter really knows what he is talking about and I like how he sets up the workouts to piggy back off of the muscle we just finished using while targeting another to get the most of the workout. The rest of the guys (Marius, Ryan, Diego) are all very helpful as well when ever I ask them for help on something or tips/knowledge they are always there to help. They really want you to do well always asking what’s going good and what I need to work on and always offer ways to help me along! Overall I am completely happy with the overall experience from them!”

“Amanda helped me work through a difficult knee and hamstring injury. I was unable to bear weight on the affected leg for months and I thought that my powerlifting hobby was over. Amanda was able to properly diagnose the injury (my GP gave an incomplete assessment) and gave me the tools to start getting better. Her plan of care enabled me to regain stability in my leg and then she gradually reintroduced me back into the gym so that I could resume my old program with confidence. I highly recommend this location. They care about their patients and want them to achieve their goals.”

“I came here once a few years ago for an issue with my wisdom teeth and loved the home feel this office gave. When it came time for my daughter to get braces, I called Fairmont Dental and they had my kids in within a couple of weeks. My kids love Tanya, and hope they get her for their check-ups. Tonight, while eating dinner my daughter got her pork chop stuck up under the wire and she pushed it back down while chewing. To say the least instant tears, yelling, and couldn't close her mouth. Called over to the office, and was lucky enough @ 6:30pm Tanya was there, and told me to get there asap, she would wait for me. I am so grateful that she was there for me, when my daughter had an unforeseen emergency. Thank you to the office staff at Fairmont Dental and of course Tanya, for going beyond the standards! ”
