He is very friendly, polite, and most importantly to me he treats us with respect. We traveled up from WV today and the way he treats my dad makes me glad we found him. I hope to possibly buy more from him in the future. I witnessed him today not only take the time to make sure we were getting what we needed but he also helped several people who came there by helping them find what they needed even if he didn't have the part himself.
