(February 9, 2017, 8:31 pm)Great Customer service!! Ordered Kohler products in brushed nickel for a bathroom remodel. Much to our surprise, upon unwrapping the tub spout found it to be chrome! Called the store, they told me to come right down they had another shower faucet set in brushed nickel in stock. When I got to the store she opened the new set and that set also had a chrome spout! Knowing we needed it that day, she walked over to the display model removed the spout and gave it to us! Found a solution with no excuses.......Well done!
