“I worked at the chewy fulfillment center for about two weeks. I left for another opportunity but my experience was very positive. The warehouse is large and there are many employees. The work is pretty easy and the pay is pretty good. It's also climate controlled. If you are going to apply, be prepared to work though, there is some lifting required. I was able to hit my rates right away, just do your work and don't sit around talking in the aisles.”

“Staff is helpful and supportive. The counselors are compassionate and conduct themselves in a professional manner, but most importantly they truly are patient advocates. They've contacted facilities for info for me, kept an eye out for apartments for me, and written letters of reference in support of me etc.etc. In response to another review I cant say that i have ever experienced nor witnessed favoritism in any way. Staff is fair and tolerable, but discharge is always a possible outcome for anyone if policies are not followed. As far as policies are concerned every patient is required to attend one hour of group and one hour of individual counseling, which is a requirement determined by the state not the clinic. Dosing hours can be an inconvenience especially if your work schedule demands early morning hours and even more so Saturday mornings. There is supposed to be a 30 minute window when the clinic first opens that is designated for people who are headed to work, but there are people who take advantage of this. It really hurts those like myself who have to be at work by 6am. So if your planning on becoming a patient that's something to keep in mind. Despite the drawbacks, Methadone is a good option for anyone with a heroin addiction, especially if you haven't been successful with treatment. It will change your life for sure. Good luck to all”

“While on a trip to N.Y. from Texas, my car broke down on I-81. I had my daughter and 1 year old granddaughter with me and it was 2am. Terrifying! The people at ACT were phenomenal! They had us towed and safe in less than 10 minutes. We needed a hotel and was given a ride there...what other shop would do that???? We were taken where the car would be worked on, told EXACTLY what was wrong and given an accurate time frame of when the work would be done. How do I know what was wrong EXACTLY? I do most of the work on my car but didn't have the proper tools to replace my driveshaft figuring it would hold until we got to N.Y. (I'll never do THAT again) They were truthful and up front from the very beginning! I'm really glad they're 24 hours and as friendly and professional as they were. We were made to feel comfortable and safe and that meant the world to us. If I should ever go through PA along 81 again and have the misfortune of another vehicular mishap, I know who I'll be calling!”
