(August 27, 2018, 4:19 pm)The body shop is hands down the best gym around! I’m proud to say it’s my home gym. The owners and staff are very nice, helpful, and professional putting there members first above all! I strongly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a spot to call home.

(July 16, 2018, 6:09 pm)I moved to Pennsylvania back in 2010 and searches the area for the perfect gym and came across this gem! This gym is never crowded. The Staff is amazing and keeps it neat and clean. It has all the equipment needed for recreational fitness people up to the competitive bodybuilder. It’s a 1 stop shop. It helped me grow in ways I never Thought possible. I was A member till feb 2018. Now I’m back in NJ and miss it dearly. They have great daycare as well and took great care of my to daughters while I trained. If your in the area you have to stop in. If you live with in 30 minutes of the place you must join. It’s worth the ride. Whenever I come Back to the Poconos I will Be stopping in Broadheadsville to get my workout in at The Body Shop!!!!!
