Dr. Mary DeFranco is by far the Most Wonderful Doctor!! My Son Isaiah Loves to go there. I just Moved to the area about a Year and Half ago and Finding this Pediactrics was a Blessing. There Very Good with Appointment making Amber is a Great Receptionist, Very Kind, Friendly and makes things Simple and Convinant for the Patients and Parents of the Patient. Dr. Mary Office is very Kid Friendly Always decorated making it Fun for the Children to want to be at. Never too Long of a Wait... I Love this Office. Thank you so much Dr. Mary DeFranco and Staff for making it such an Enjoyable Experience every time we go... You Guys Rock!!!! Keep up the Good Work you Love your Children!!!
Have been going to this office and seeing my kids love this wonderful woman. Goes above and beyond the call of a pediatrician my family is better because of her care for them while sick and healthy.
Couldn't ask for a better pediatrician! She's through, and is usually 100% with her diagnosis. She isn't quick to prescribe medications and saved us a trip to a GI doc within 5 mins into the visit with diagnosing him with a cow milk protein allergy! She listens to your concerns and addresses them, she spends an appropriate amount of time with each patient and I've never waited more than 24 hours for a sick visit! She also leaves her cell number for on call hours so you get her directly and will get proper direction on what to do! SHES AMAZING AND SO IS AMBER! So blessed to have found a dr who still understands bed side manner and treats patients as humans not numbers! She is a one woman show with her wonderful MA Amber and usually a few PA interns! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Fast and efficient!!!!!!! Not made to wait an hour just to be put in the room and another hour for the doctor to come in. And my child loves the doctor.
