(November 27, 2018, 2:04 pm)If there's one knock I can put on this club it's that one of the coaches doesn't train winners. Coach Kenny is a great coach and I've learned a lot from him, but it's apparent he falls short when he was the corner man for Drago's son in Creed II. Despite being a traitor to our country I will continue to go train here if only to keep an eye out for any Russian shenanigans. I really love going to Rob's Fight Club, its not like that other fight club I was apart of which kicked me out for breaking its first two rules by talking about it and they also blew up my favorite coffee shop for some reason.
Rob's Fight Club is really some of the best training I've been apart off, the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and the classes are challenging, but fun enough to keep you coming back. Whether you looking to compete, get into great shape, or just keep your skills up incase a new cold war needs to be settled in a boxing ring for some reason, Rob's is really a great place all around and affordable, I highly recommend it. -

Since joining the gym, I have lost 25 lb. and gained both a renewed sense of self-confidence and a belief in the importance of holding oneself to a higher standard. Rob is a world-class motivator and coach who always takes time to help everyone. The impacts of his practical lessons are far-reaching and carry over into positive lifestyle choices outside of the gym. I highly recommend stopping in if you want to be a competitive fighter or simply want an engaging way to get in shape while learning a useful skill.

(November 19, 2018, 12:08 pm)I've been going to Rob's Fight Club for about a month and a half now. This has been one of the best decisions I've made. Everyone at the gym is welcoming and there's really no room for an ego. I used to fight at different gyms but the coaches at RFC truly care about their members. The instruction is high quality and the coaches are right there to push you to be your best. No matter the class I go to each week, I always have fun and get a great workout.

We were looking for a gym where we could learn boxing skills and get a good workout. RFC has been a perfect fit for us. Rob and Coach Joe are great at providing instructions and pushing us throughout the class.
