My boyfriend and I came in to get a jacket and pants for a wedding this weekend. Pat helped us and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were a bit lost in what we wanted. She took her time and came back to us even when she was helping someone else at the same time. Great experience today :)

Very friendly staff and great selection of clothing and accessories. Good design and great discounts for men and women. Store is clean and has plenty of room for trying out the clothes.

If you are lucky enough to have Pat assist you, then you are in very good hands my friend. I was a bit lost, needing an affordable mix and match of solutions, and she spent more than an hour helping me, patiently scouring the store for good buys, and making wonderful suggestions. She listened well, worked within my budget to maximize my choices for greater flexibility, provided me with valuable critical feedback and more. It's unusual these days to find such a knowledgeable and thoughtful person working in retail. Just goes to show what's been lost over the years... Kudos to Brooks Brothers for keeping "more experienced" (aka older people) on staff as they clearly make all the difference. I may have spent more than I originally intended, but I came away from the experience more than satisfied with my purchases.
