Sara was super friendly and very helpful. I am one that just hates shopping for clothes and she didn't push or try to sell me anything I didn't want. I love that they have fans in the changing room to help keep someone like me comfortable. Store is clean and not overcrowded.

Extremely friendly staff. Super affirming of lgbt and trans shoppers. Very helpful finding correct sizes for clothing and shoes, even calling to another store to see if they have it in stock. Would highly recommend!

I didn't get to do the online survey within the 7 days, but I did want to leave a review just in case anyone ever sees this. I was in the store back in January and my grandfather had just passed away. I was an emotional trainwreck and entirely numb at this point, but I needed a shirt that fit me. I am a plus size woman with a long torso so finding something that fits is always a bit of a hassle for me. Jazlyn was so sweet as soon as I walked in I told her what I needed and she knowingly helped me to pick out 3 or 4 different options to try on. She even brought back different sizes for me so I could find the best fit. I was so thankful that day for her, and sad I didn't get a chance to leave her a review on their website. It has been long past 7 days at this point, but I wanted to come back and leave a thank you to her for her wonderful help that day!
