I came to Vivo Infusion Center for the first time today. I had a great experience. Kathleen my nurse was very knowledgeable. She also took the extra step of doing a new set of labs she had not done and made sure she went the extra mile of obtaining what she needed and read through everything that was required so that I would avoid another stick and also avoid having to go somewhere to have it done. She made sure I had hydration and snacks to make my infusion stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. Denkera the front desk person was also extremely pleasant and relayed messages to me from my PRO Judith Hill. She was also amazing and ensured I had everything in place for my copay cards and payments to reduce my financial obligation to the minimally necessary. I am so impressed with Vivo!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You are all stellar

I've had infusions at more than 4 sites in the past 20 years and this is the best I've experienced. They're very helpful setting up the appointment, confirming the insurance and prerequisites, and sending text reminders so I feel confident that everything is ready when I arrive. My infusion takes over 4 hours so I really appreciate that Kathleen is well prepared and very attentive without being pesky. She makes a very long 4 hours bearable. The site is comfortable, bright and cheerful. There are glass dividers between each chair, which have been a great relief during the COVID variant waves and provide some welcome privacy.

Obviously I had made an appointment. I was greeted and guided to the infusion/injection chair as soon as I walked in. I have been receiving this particular injection for almost 6 years and this was my first time at Infusion Cntr of PA. Staff was caring and quick. She asked some questions and actually listened to my answers about my next injection appointment. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Krista and Kathleen make getting my bi-monthly asthma shots quick and painfree. Easy in and out. Clean and comfortable. I feel like I am visiting family instead of going to a doctor's office.

I can’t express how thankful I am for this place. I used to go to temple for my infusions and had to take anxiety medicine because the process there was so stressful. I thought I would hate the open layout but it was actually very private and calming. I drive almost two hours to get here because the staff is so lovely. One even visited me at work! Love these girls!!

Edit: Kathy is the best!!!! She is so so good at what she does. Just came back for my infusion and I’m so happy I did! Such a loving caring empathetic. Crew ❤️
