Nine months later, she boxes 3x a week (and is truly upset if she has to miss a class). She has not only learned important self defense skills, but also important life lessons about focus and perseverance. It is evident that Coach Adam is truly passionate. Great place!

(March 30, 2019, 6:51 pm)A treasure, this place and this coach. Adam has all the skills, a growth mindset as a teacher and leader, and he brings out the best in his many students. My daughter, now 16, has attended classes and has been a private student for many years now. She is stronger, more confident, and happier for having worked with Adam and for having spent time with the wonderful community of students and leaders at the WBA. Highly recommended!

Gym is kid friendly and is motivating to be surrounded by individuals who push you to succeed. Go check em out you won’t be disappointed
