It has a large fenced in playground area that is divided into two separate parts to keep the little children separated from the bigger kids. The playgrounds has a host of playing equipment and swings including swings for handicapped accessibility. The center of the playground has picnic tables that have a cover over them.
The park has bathrooms, a drinking fountain, two tennis courts, open fields for play and more picnic tables under a large tree. The park has walking paths. The walking paths near the playground are paved while the walking paths on the southern and eastern edges are crushed stone. If you follow the crushed stone path to the northeast side side of the park you will see a sign providing information about creek restoration work.
There are trails through the small wooded are to the creek where you can see the Ashbidge Creek Restoration.
If you are planning on playing a game at the park on a Sunday be aware they have a sign posted on the tennis courts that reads in part "Sunday games of any kind are prohibited ..." -

(May 13, 2018, 9:52 pm)Awesome public park in a lovely setting. Plenty of parking and always other kids enjoying the many things to play on. There are restrooms available on site. No fee here. Just free parking and good times. All of the equipment allows for plenty of exploration and challenges for your kids while being well maintained and safe enough for smaller kids. Unlike some playgrounds, this one doesn't have so much stuff that you can't keep an eye on your kid. Sight lines are great here whether by design or by accident. There is a huge open space with many large well maintained trees all around the park. Great for picnics or just relaxing on the grass.

(February 23, 2018, 6:14 am)Very large park, lots of field area and great playground area. Its enclosed which is nice and very spacious! There is net climbing, a rock climbing wall, bouncers, music instruments built into the structures amd more fun things. There are also the classic jungle gyms and swings. Parking lot, seasonal bathrooms, great for all ages!
