“The Bridge Hot Yoga is the most beautiful hot yoga studio on the Main Line. Kaitlin, the owner, is warm and welcoming and an excellent instructor as are all of the teachers. The studio is located in the center of Narberth and is sun-drenched, immaculately-kept, and serene. You will feel a sense of community as soon as you walk in the door. Wonderful place for all levels of yogis. My favorite place to practice. Highly recommend!”

I had an initial consult with her then the 2nd visit was with my son & our experience with her was extremely refreshing! Seeing how she worked with my son and was able to understand him in such a remarkable way, I was thrilled! I went in a little skeptical on the process and left with a Load of weight off my shoulders because she helped me understand my son that much better and clarified much of the mommy intuition I had.
