Schuylkill River Trail Pawlings Road Trailhead

Nice place to park up and chill enjoy the breeze

One of the best trails in the area, goes from downtown philly up to almost as far as the Appalachian trail, though a lot of it north of Phoenixville is unpaved.

Very accessible trailhead with ample parking for an estimated 50 vehicles. Convenient access point to the main Schuylkill River Trail and the connecting Perkiomen and Audubon Trails. Only drawback of this trailhead is the lack of any lighting so it gets pitch dark once daylight is completely gone.

Good access to trail for riding etc, and you can laugh at the drivers stuck in traffic on 422

Great place to park and head down the Schuylkill River Trail to Valley Forge or the other way to the Perkiomen Trail.
