She took out the time and walked us step-by-step through the lease application. She answered all of our questions and was so very nice to us. We really felt like CubeSmart was a safe place to have storage. Sue also explained to us how hard they work to keep our items protected from theft and even acts of God. We also used the loaner truck they offer for new move ins. We saved almost $80 by using their truck instead of a uhaul.
