We were referred to Creative Contracting by friends that were highly satisfied with their new addition. “Changed rating to 4 stars as Rhoads made the situation (described below) right. Hoping the trees planted these year make it through the winter. Will keep you posted. I left off one star since there intial response to my issue, in my estimation, was not acceptable. BUYER BEWARE-DO NOT PURCHASE LARGE EXPENSIVE TREES OR PLANTS FROM RHOADS. (unless you have $$ to throw away) We purchased, and had Rhoads plant, 2 crepe myrtles in September 2017. They are dead this year - 2018. I called and was told that they lost all theirs also since it was a bad winter for crepe myrtles. I was also told that is why you don't plant crepe myrtles in this area; a small fact that was not communicated to me when we purchased the trees. They have no problem taking your money and not telling you the information you need to know to make the right decision. No guarantee on any plants so I am out $700. I do not mind paying the price but if the business does not have the knowledge to help customers and employees are rude then it is not worth it. I will do all my future plant purchases elsewhere!”

They don't give an attitude to you ever and will go the extra mile to make sure phone app coupons scan. They make it a pleasure to do business here. Both are exemplary employees to have on staff. I began at a Wawa store 40 yrs. ago and I take the mission statement to heart still. I value the convenience this store offers and I'm thankful that the customers have employees like Scott and Noah to keep the mission's promise. :)”
