My teenage son had an appointment to take his drivers test at the DMV in Norristown and I was dreading it based upon the reviews. I had heard the instructors were scary and the pass rate was low. Fortunately, our experience was completely positive. The instructor was friendly and fair, according to my son. We had little wait -- perhaps 20 minutes -- for the actual test and another five minutes to obtain the license. He passed on the first try. Thank you Norristown DMV!
