“Has a decent selection of equipment to get the job done, also the indoor track is a little easier on the knees than running on the road. The staff is nice and helpful. All in all its a good place, especially for 40 bucks a month. I do get the vibe that it's geared more towards older people, but it's still a positive environment. Only thing I wish they had is a bench press, that wasn't a smith machine.”
