“I was very skeptical after reading such great reviews for East 11, after all no one in business has time to treat each customer that well, hell I was wondering if they had their friends and relatives write the reviews. Well I was wrong, and here I am writing a review for anyone who is looking for a bike to take the time and stop by East 11 to talk with Brian or Kevin, you will not be disappointed, they really have something special going on at their shop. They have some of the most spotless used bikes I have ever seen anywhere. and they answer anything you throw at them and you can tell it’s an honest answer. Quick story, I threw them a curve ball 2 days before I was supposed to come and pick my bike up, the weather was going to be a mess and I asked if they could deliver it instead and also a day earlier, their answer “whatever it takes to make it work for me”!
