“On March 26, 2019; I took my car to Murray’s to have my heater core flushed ( luke warm heat on driver side and cool heat on passenger side ). Jeff went above and beyond my initial request by checking for leaks and testing the radiator cap. Once he ruled out any leaks and replaced a failed radiator cap, he then flushed the heater core 3 to 4 times which exposed grime that clogged up the unit. My heat went from 55 degrees to 147 degrees Fahrenheit! Once I arrived to finalize things- Jeff showed me the grime retrieved from my heater core and demonstrated how he tested the radiator cap ( radiator cap wouldn’t hold pressure during use of manual pump device ). He was very detailed and attentive to my requests and inquiries. I paid a fair price for a fair days work!”
