  Looking into purchasing my first road bike, I checked with with many local shops. Most of them were perfectly nice, just didn't have the bike I was looking for in my size (although one I will NEVER go back to under any circumstances). But Mark at Riverbend was always willing to go above and beyond to help make sure I was confident and comfortable in my purchase decision.
  
  SUPER excited about my new ride, and I'll be back to Riverbend for tune ups, repairs, and future purchases for sure.

  Let me tell you about a very positive experience I recently had at Riverbend Cycles. I blew out both of my tires after putting too much air in them at a gas station air machine. I knew Riverbend was nearby so I walked my bike all the way down E. North Lane from the gas station on the corner at Ridge Pike. Since it took all that time to walk my bike down that hill with two blown-out tires it was getting real close to closing time. I explained the situation as briefly as I could since we were running out of time. They said they could sell and install for me two brand-new tires on my bike and asked if I could leave the bike overnight. I said that I couldn't and that I needed to ride my bike all the way to King of Prussia to pick up my car waiting for me there at my mechanic's shop. Sensing urgency and assessing the situation for what it was, Rod grabbed the bike and quickly put it up on the rack and changed two bike tires quicker than I ever saw anybody do that before! He could have been insistent on leaving exactly at closing time like some people do at other places and told me that I would have to come back tomorrow and pick it up, but no, he quickly did the necessary repairs without complaint so I could be on my way and do what I needed to do. This is the essence of customer service and why I am giving Rod and JP at Riverbend Cycles five stars! I see why all of these other people gave them five stars as well. Way to go, Rod and JP!
