I'd give Bill and the WRC team 6 stars if I could! Maintenance and service were my two biggest worries when I purchased an ebike online. Not anymore. The WRC team has fixed both our Ariel Rider D-class and our RadRunner + with professionalism and care- even though we purchased them elsewhere. Bill understands all types of bikes, he takes the time to explain any repairs, and he makes great recommendations for creative solutions. WRC is the only shop in the area I take my ebikes.

Bill and his team are first class people with top notch service. He guided us through purchasing an ebike for my father, provided endless insight and knowledge, and ultimately, paired us with a bike we will love for years to come. We are now looking into purchasing a second bike and we will definitely be buying from WRC.

When I scheduled my consolation I wasn’t expecting much given how small & limited they appeared but boy was I wrong. Bill brought out 3 bikes- 2 of the three really catching my eye. The first being in my budget & the second being a bit of a stretch so I was pleasantly surprised when he was willing to negotiate 300 off & even threw in free gear to go with my purchase! (bike helmet, alarm system, chain & lock) I came out saving so much money that I can’t recommend this shop enough.

I have absolutely no complaints. From the service to the prices to the communication & friendliness, this is a real one of a kind diamond in the rough bike shop. I can’t even fit all the positives in one review because it just doesn’t end.
You can tell bill loves what he does & is happy to help :) all in all 10/10, I couldn’t be happier with my bike & wrc’s continued assistance.

I received top notch service during my recent e-bike rental. Bill took the time to explain the e-bike I was riding and the different features I should consider when purchasing. Bill generously spent his time navigating me to the Cross Country trail and explaining what to look out for.

Not only was the bike rental a fun experience, but the service and support before and afterwards were way more than expected. I highly recommend WRC for rental, purchase, and service.
