I wanted aboutflags to be my lowest quote because Marylin was not rushed to get off of the phone and answered ALL of my questions and I didn't buy anything from her yet! I was so impressed about how much she knew and helpful she was. I got my quotes back and she was maybe $100 or $200 different from the rest. She followed up on her quote, unlike the rest of the suppliers, and made she I had no additional questions. I have worked in Customer Service most of my life and I KNOW the value of good quality customer service. That little bit of difference in price meant NOTHING to me! Her customer service was worth so much more than that. I even called after my product arrived and she was still helpful and full of information.
