“My husband and I chose L. Priori in KOP to design a custom engagement ring for myself as well as both of our wedding bands. Brooke carefully listened to all of our ideas and desired budget, and provided helpful suggestions on design execution. She sourced several really beautiful diamonds within the provided price range and assured us if we didn't see one we were happy with she would continue to look until we did. There was zero sales pressure. She listened to all of our feedback and we were able to design a ring in two appointments. The timeline provided during the design process was accurate, we were provided a computerized demo as well as a wax model to critique/make adjustments to if needed. We were both so happy with how everything turned out and I get multiple (!!) daily compliments on my engagement ring. We will definitely return for any custom jewelry in the future!”

“Great work done at a great price and Will guarantees all his work! I can honestly say Hardline Fabrication is the only place I’d take my jeep to and I live 2 hours away in Baltimore. Will did some amazing work setting up my gears in my jeep and they work amazingly, I couldn’t of asked for better service and quality of work. Will also warranties all the work and parts he installs, I had a little noise issue with my axles, and I brought my jeep up and he fixed the issue with no questions asked. He also went above and beyond and he fixed my loose ball joint that I had. Again, his work is the absolute best, and his fabrication work is amazing. Some of the serious projects at the shop are seriously works of art!”

“I had to get my fiancé’s wedding band within a month. We went to this Kay and he was fitted and he picked out a beautiful black tungsten ring. It was shipped to our house extremely fast, less then a week. However, he felt it was too big so I returned it to the store and they ordered me a smaller size, guaranteeing me it would arrive prior to my wedding date (less then 3 weeks). I called a couple times checking on the status and Brooke would always follow up with me and she went out of her way to make sure the ring got in on time. They helped me out big time! Thank you!!”

“I was aware of Josh coming into the Tattoo scene in the area back when he joined Beneath the Skin. When I heard he was opening his own place I was excited. I’ve had him do a major cover up on my back and have sent family members to him. He is always kind, collaborative, honest, and not shy from a challenge or new style. Then…he brought Michelle on board a couple months ago. I’ve been going to her at least once a month since June 2022, and she has been too 3 best tattoo artists I’ve been to. She creates a fun, safe, and pleasant experience from the time you meet her til the time you leave. She’s beyond collaborative with her clients, eager to deliver their vision with a combo of her artistic taste. She always check on the client as you’re being tattooed and has even been willing to tackle projects that may be new to her. I cannot recommend Michelle enough and have sent over 10 people her way for tattoos. This shop is fun and love what they do. Choose Tattoocek.”

“I'm honestly really surprised by some of these reviews, but I can only discuss my experience with Shawn. He is wonderful. He answered all of my questions, discussed all of my options and reached out to me several times before install to make sure that I'm comfortable and if I had any questions. He installed my water softener very quickly, cleaned up and I've had no issues since install. He is also extremely fair with pricing. A water softener form lowes or home depot will cost you around $500, but unless you feel comfortable cutting water pipes, which I do not, he is your best bet to turn to. One company who I will not name wanted to charge me $4,500 to complete my install and I have never laughed so hard at someone and told them to get out of my house and to not return. If you don't trust Shawn from my review, then do your due diligence, but you won't be disappointed in hiring Shawn.”

When they did come they came on-time (even early if I was ready), were extremely helpful in explaining exactly what they would be doing, why they would be doing it, and what we could expect to see over the coming days. Kyle was awesome at explaining the different materials being used for treatment and just how safe these were. While taking care of the ants Kyle gave some other pointers to keep other critters away and was incredibly kind and polite. I hired TKO because of the outstanding reviews and couldn't have been more pleased. Lastly, great value - worth every penny and I'll definitely be using TKO if I ever need them again someday!”
