“I was a bit nervous when I looked up this business and saw these reviews so I wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is receiving a delivery by this company. Today, they delivered a 900lb custom built 11ft dining room table. I received a phone call 2 days ago confirming my availability today and as promised was given a 4 hour window yesterday. The driver called me today to let me know they would be arriving in 30 minutes. They were right in the middle of the window. The 3 guys were amazing! So polite and friendly. They put down drop cloths to ensure my wood floors wouldn't be scratched and managed to get the table into the dining room without incident. They also took the time to show me how the additional leaves worked. I was extremely impressed! My experience was the complete opposite of what you have read on here in the other reviews. So if you are receiving a delivery have faith that you too can have the great experience that I did.”
