“Avi and Max were fantastic. They always came on time, 9:00 am sharp, and knew exactly what they were doing and what was needed. They were hired to do move-in-ready remodeling of a 140-year-old home and did it with competence, minimum hassle and good recommendations. What was particularly appreciated is that they were able to suggest the least expensive way to make the house (which we're planning to sell) look the best. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Jay was extremely helpful. I had a client needing to sign documents and had no access to email or internet. Had my client come here and Jay assisted us in getting everything printed then he scanned and sent everything back to me and was very patient as our process can be a bit of a pain sometimes. BIG BIG thank you Jay I really do appreciate your help in this matter!”

“Hallmark did my bathroom for me and I am very pleased with the quality of the work. This company was very thorough and professional and told me when they were going to start and be finished. Al and Jack were very nice to me and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted in my bathroom. Another thing that is very important to me is the quality of the work. We really wanted a company that was going to do quality work and we know that we made the right choice with Hallmark. Another thing that I appreciated was how they were careful in my home. They covered up my furniture and cleaned everything up when they were finished. We will definitely be giving them a call in the future if we need anymore work done”

“Had an appointment for blood draw at 7am on a Monday. Got there at 6:50, taken in at 6:52, out the door by 6:57, AWESOME! Angela was very nice, quick, and didn’t have to stab my arm multiple times to find my vein.”

“They made the process pretty easy to find an emergency dentist in Philadelphia. I called this number and was provided contact numbers for several dentists. They have dental offices all over the city, but I was able to find one fairly close to where I was working at the time.”

“I started going here for couples counseling and Ms. Ebony Eubanks has been wonderful. She is always very respectful and makes us feel welcomed. My soon to be husband and I are actually doing really well now when it comes to understanding one another. I love how she is able to have us look at things from the others perspective. I recommend her to anyone seeking therapy!”

“Best hoagies around, hands down. Gotta go with the sharp Italian (the sharp provolone is out of this world), and the Big T as my favorites. Highest quality rolls, meats, and cheeses by far.”

“I have been Andy’s customer for not so long. Just about five years. My 2003 Honda, before I met with Andy, took me to a couple of mechanics/providers in NE Philly in a period of one year. New to Philadelphia as also to USA then, I experienced that many mechanics/providers found it okay to treat me differentially. For instance, many would make me wait longer than fellow customers because they figured out that I was not just accustomed enough to speak out. Some would not consider it necessary to explain to me what the money was charged for, while some others thought it okay to be rude. The year before I met Andy, my car for some reasons, needed too many treatments and it was really frustrating. In retrospect, I realize that the car's actual concerns were rarely addressed. I needed someone who I could trust, who knew exactly what my car needed and who treated me with respect. Andy was an exact answer to all my needs. Now some basics: 1. A business is a business and one of the essential tenets is a motive to earn profit, which is earned as an exchange to the services or goods provided. Andy does that with dignity. He is not arbitrary and takes from you after he gives and does not take disproportionately compared to what he gives. 2. In a free market economy, there is a functional principle that warns the consumer: Caveat Emptor, which precisely means “buyer Beware.” Once with Andy, my need to exercise this principle is obviated. He is worthy of trust. Andy has, in an occasion in the past rushed to my apartment on my request to fix a flat tire. He has always distinguished between normal car servicing needs and the rapid response needed when a customer is in an emergency like situation. In one occasion, I was going to pick up my daughter in Joseph Brown and midway, I realized that one of my tires did not have sufficient pressure. I had very little time; I drove to his shop which is on the way and he understood my urgency. A nail had gotten into my tire, which he immediately fixed. I picked my daughter on time. We need not just doctors in an emergency, we need mechanics too. In my experience, there is not just an efficient service here, but a service with a humane touch. By writing quite a long review, I am not trying to chronicle a hagiography of a friend and if this review benefits Andy in any way, that shall only be a collateral benefit or just a byproduct of something primary. I actually, want to reach out to anyone out there who is as frustrated as I was, about five years ago but have not come across a service provider deserving your money and trust. I say to you: Go to Andy. And every potential customer, I say the following based on my objective experience: IF YOU ARE NOT A CAR MECHANIC YOURSELF GO TO ANDY.”
