“What a wonderful time we've just had! The food is excellent and all the wait staff are budding young opera singers! Every 20 minutes or so one of them rings a bell, announces what he or she is going to sing with a brief description of the text and context and then proceeds to sing accompanied by a recorded accompaniment. All of the singers were very good and one, a mezzo, was spectacular. As a professional orchestral musician and teacher, it was such a delight to hear these talented and skilled young people. I will be definitely be coming here again!!”
