“The staff are friendly and helpful. I dropped off a U-Haul trailer here, which was a pretty painless process. A few days later I wanted to rent a pickup truck but they didn't have any (not sure if they normally do). They had a ton of cargo vans though, so I rented that instead. Just a comment: The inside is a bit strange, with some supplies and a couple registers in a cluster in the middle of a big, concrete warehouse floor. That certainly wasn't a problem, though. Just unusual.”

Tina Fields, Manager, immediately put me at ease. She was cordial, kind and constantly smiling. I knew I had come to the right place! Tina thoroughly explained every detail about renting the storage unit. She even saved me money by pointing out that my renter's insurance would cover the monthly rental. “Update 12/11/18: Rich, installed a camera in my car. He stayed over time to complete the work. He also was very clear and honest about what can and cannot be done. He clearly knows what he is doing. Also, the manager at this Best Buy was also a great help. Great costumer service. Overall, Rich is extremely knowledgeable and honest about what he knows and not know. November 2018: My husband had difficulties installing a Microsoft Suite on his new laptop. We walked in with his laptop and the software code back to Best Buy. In less than an hour they fixed the problem. Great customer service!”

“I was hesitant to give Visionworks a shot based on online reviews, but they seemed to have a good selection and a great location for me. When I booked my appointment the earliest date was over a month away, but everyone at the store was great and helpful when my appointment finally rolled around. I had a weird issue after getting my glasses (a quirk with my eyes, not their fault) and when I went back they figured out my issues and fixed the problem on the spot. I really can’t stress enough how great the staff was! The only reason I can’t go 5 stars is the wait time for making appointments, over a month was a bit much — and I wouldn’t recommend a walk in here because it’s very busy. Still, a great experience when all was said and done!”

“This was my first time going to an IKEA and overall I had a pleasant shopping experience. From what I understand, this is one of their smaller stores; however, to me it felt huge and I thought that there was plenty of different things to choose from. I ended up getting a black coffee table for $30 and have been pleased with it so far. There are tons of other stores/restaurants in the area so it is a convenient stop if you are already going to be out doing errands in the area.”
