“After years of purchasing online, I finally took a ride to the store. The store houses a lot of apparel primarily high end lines of jackets and pants. The glove and boot selection were a bit more sparse I would say less than some of the Cycle Gear stores I visited. My intent was to try on the apparel so the trip was well worth it and I was very satisfied. The staff was all very friendly and one in particular Katie Lomax was outstanding, a true brand ambassador! She knew the products well and was able to provide good detail information that made the fitment spot on and the purchase the correct decision for my needs/budget. She was also very patient spent over 30 minutes! Highly recommended. Addendum: Received a thank you card from Katie today thanking me for my purchase, wow if that isn't first class service - classy move, thank you.”
