While a bit old school in the way they do buisness (check or money order to pay rent) these people are great and give personalized attention. Most companies out there manage over 500 properties per individual property manager. Urban doesn't stretch themselves thin. It's also a family buisness that's been around for decades and lives in the area. Who has the time to give a good review to a rental office? Take these bad reviews with a grain of salt.
