“UPDATE: Once I spoke with the U-Haul corporate office, they made sure to rectify the situation and refund my money. So, although the staff there are not as friendly and helpful as I would prefer, which is why I could not give five stars, I would like to say that their customer service at their corporate office is very helpful. I am extremely disappointed because I called about a month in advance to let U-haul know that I was moving my stuff out and into my new home and would no longer need my storage unit. I was told by the lady on the phone that all I needed to do was come in and handover my card. My bill went through on the 12th, as usual. And when I came in on the 13th to remove my items and hand in my card, I was told that I would not be getting any money back because U-Haul does not prorate and that I should have come into the office to set up my cancellation date - which I would have if I was advised of that when I called. So, I paid $160 for one day of use. Needless to say I am very upset, especially as a single mom who just moved into a new home. I will certainly be letting others in the area to use any other storage facility then U-haul of Roxborough.”

They have all sorts of items to borrow without additional charge, such as large moving dolleys. It is scrupulously clean and we have not seen a single bug or rodent.
