I am writing this review as the daughter of a Dad who received the best care possibly he can by the loving and caring staff at this facility. He and our entire family was very happy with the care he received and are very grateful to the entire team of dedicated care providers. Another factor for bringing my Dad here as a resident was my own personal experience of this place as a staff member of more than 15 years. I personally witnessed the culture of safety and care here which made me confident that he will get the care he needs and I don't have to look for another place. We have a management team who maintain a policy of zero tolerance towards any form of negligence, disregard of care or safety by the staff members. The entire staff work together as a team to provide the best care for our residents. All of them go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure that every resident receives the compassionate and the professional individual care each of them deserves. We also have a group of experienced and caring Physicians on staff who are also on call 24/7 which make it possible to provide the needed medical care for any resident at any time of the day as needed. I am proud to be a part of this winning and caring team of care providers.”

“Very big very clean photos of the cemetery they do a pretty good job of taking care of the sites bye my mother and father my mother my grandmother my wife and my grandfather are buried there and my father-in-law and my niece been going there for years they used to have Swans in the pond but they had to get rid of them the kids would mess with them can't leave nothing alone you know how it is today but other than that it's a beautiful place to be laid out I personally have a plot there easy access to get to”

“Drove from center City today (25 min) hoping to fire my new SA XDM 9mm outdoors for the first time! PS : A birthday gift which is tomorrow. Was denied the experience and told to come back Sun 9-16 during open house. Reason given was I would have to pay membership fee of $100 then be charged another $100 fee on Jan1 for 2019! Would it not make sense to have an annual membership be renewed on the membership anniversary date rather than the calendar year? Would it have been such a imposition to allow me to shoot today as I was ready and willing to pay the $100 membership fee and or a reasonable and customary fee ($25 )? $25 happens to be 25% of the annual fee collected in just 1 day! Sept 16 is only 3 weeks away and happens to fall during our Super Bowl Champions 2 nd game this year. So if i don't attend then, I can't use the membership until Jan 1, 2019 without paying another $100? Please help me understand the rationale. I pray my membership advantages Trump my apprehensions!”
